Sales Consultant

We are seeking aresults-driven Sales Managerwho can lead client acquisition, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth while collaborating closely with design and execution teams.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales coordination.
• Understand client requirements and recommend interior solutions aligned with their lifestyle, needs, and budgets.
• Prepare and share detailed, customised quotations and proposals.
• Present proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals in line with company revenue targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and reporting via CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Build strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.

• 4+ years of experience in interior designpreferred.
• Strong consultative selling and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand drawings, layouts, or design concepts (training can be provided).
• Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
• Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams.
