Sales Consultant-Photography

Location: Hyderabad/ Mumbai

Reports To: BU Head

Role Type : Individual Contributor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product and Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the development and promotion of our products in the market. This role bridges product strategy with execution, aligning product development with go-to-market plans to maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

  • Lead in achieving Sales and expanding market reach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.

Marketing Management

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events).

  • Oversee content creation, branding, and communication strategies.

  • Drive lead generation and conversion through various channels.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for marketing execution.


 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing roles.

  • Strong understanding of product development cycles and go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analysis.

  • Open to Travel 15-20 days a month

Preferred Attributes:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach.

  • Proven track record of launching successful products.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • Industry experience in Photography, Optics Field.
