Job Summary
The sales consultant will support Laverne Fintechs Australian financial services operations by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them towards suitable solutions, including insurance, home loans, and investment products.
This role involves outbound calling, lead nurturing, and delivering accurate product information to help clients make informed decisions. The Sales Consultant will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in a professional and consultative manner
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant product information
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Support sales targets through effective follow-ups and conversions
Lead Generation & Management
- Proactively generate, qualify, and nurture leads through systematic outreach
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
- Provide timely updates, post-sales support, and ongoing assistance
Product Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of insurance, home loan, and investment products
- Stay updated on product offerings, processes, and compliance requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 23 years of experience in sales, insurance, finance, or a related client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in outbound calling and client engagement
- Experience in CRM tools for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and maintaining structured data is an added advantage.
- Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach.
Working Hours
- 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST (Australia-aligned shift)
Job Location
- Mumbai - Andheri West area
- Initially Work-from-Home (WFH)
- Will transition to Work-from-Office (WFO) once the office setup is finalised.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Upto 35,000 (Negotiable)
