Laverne Fintech is the Indian arm of Laverne Capital Pty Ltd , a well-established financial services company based in Australia. We specialize in providing financial planning, general insurance, home loans, and investment services to Australian clients. Our team supports backend and client-facing operations across a range of financial products.


Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant will support Laverne Fintechs Australian financial services operations by engaging with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them toward suitable products such as insurance, home loans, and investment services. The role involves conducting outbound calls, nurturing leads, and providing accurate information to help clients make informed decisions. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high-quality client interactions. This position requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Communication

Engage professionally with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver clear, accurate, and insightful guidance on suitable solutions.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the client network, and contribute strategically to revenue growth through consultative selling.

Lead Generation

Proactively generate, qualify, and nurture leads through systematic outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-focused engagement.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships by offering exceptional service, timely updates, and continuous client support.

Product Expertise

Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance, home loans, investment products, and other financial offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 23 years of experience in sales, insurance, finance, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance or financial services domain is highly desirable.
  • Experience in CRM tools for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and maintaining structured data is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical capability, and a proactive, performance-driven approach.
  • We are hiring multiple candidates for this role.



Job Timing:

  • Willingness to work in an early morning shift to align with Australian business hours (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST)


Job Location:

  • Mumbai - Anderi west area
  • Initially Work-from-Home (WFH)
  • Will transition to Work-from-Office (WFO) once the office setup is finalized.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: 30,000 to 35,000 per month
