Sales Consultant (IT Product Sales Experience Required) – Noida

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve our existing sales process
• Identify gaps in pipeline generation and conversion
• Refine sales pitch, positioning, and messaging
• Implement measurable KPIs and reporting structure
• Guide and train the current sales team
• Help create a scalable sales playbook (SOP)
• Improve conversion ratios and revenue predictability

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT product sales
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles
• Experience improving or restructuring sales processes
• Data-driven and performance-focused approach
• Ability to work closely with leadership
