About the Role:

Are you a skilled closer who thrives in a high-trust, consultative sales environment?

We are looking for a driven, freelance Sales Consultant to convert warm business owner leads into high-ticket coaching program enrolments through our structured BSA BAR COBE funnel.

1- This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earnings.

2- Typical closers earn 50,000 to 2,00,000/month.

3- What Youll Be Selling:

Youll be helping serious MSME business owners scale 2X6X through our proven business growth frameworks:

Business Scale-Up Audit (BSA) Structured problem discovery

Business Audit Report (BAR) Diagnosis + Growth plan presentation

Center of Business Excellence (COBE) Our premium coaching & transformation ecosystem

Every step of the funnel is guided, tested, and high-conversion. Youll just need to own the closing.

What Youll Be Doing:

Engage with pre-qualified leads (inbound, webinar, workshop, referrals)

Conduct discovery and rapport-building calls post-BSA

Explain audit insights & offer value mapping via BAR framework

Drive step-by-step closing through consultative, insight-driven sales

Follow up, handle objections, and secure onboarding

Coordinate with delivery and onboarding teams post-closure

You Are a Fit If You:

Have 10+ years of experience in consultative sales / high-ticket sales

Have sold to business owners, founders, directors, or professionals

Thrive in a commission-only environment (no fixed salary)

Are disciplined in follow-ups and hungry for incentives

Can communicate value clearly in Hindi and English

Are available for flexible daily calls (evening hours included)
