International Sales Consultant US / Global Market (B2C Sales)

Shift: Night Shift (US / Global Market)

Working Days: 6 Days / Week

Salary & Incentives

* Fixed Salary: 25,000 55,000 (based on experience) + Incentives

Role Overview

As an International Sales Consultant, you will engage with qualified international leads, understand career goals, and guide professionals toward suitable IT certification programs. This role involves managing the complete B2C sales cycle for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with inbound international leads (US/Canada/UK).

* Conduct career counselling via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Recommend appropriate IT courses based on learner needs.

* Manage follow-ups and close enrollments.

* Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements:

* 15 years experience in international B2C sales, EdTech sales, or voice process.

* Strong English communication skills.

* Comfortable working night shifts.

* Proven persuasion, objection handling, and closing ability.

* Target-driven with incentive motivation.
