Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North for a Sales Closing Specialist. Responsibilities include managing the sales closing process, facilitating escrow and loan procedures, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless property transactions.
Qualifications

Expertise in Closings and Escrow procedures
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Familiarity with Loans and related processes
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Proactive and detail-oriented with experience in real estate sales or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
