This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Closer located in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Sales Closer will be responsible for successfully managing the full sales process, including client outreach, relationship management, conducting consultations, presenting solutions, and closing deals. The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to deal closure. The ability to communicate effectively and commit to achieving targets is crucial for this position.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in Closings and Deal Closure to successfully finalize transactions and achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of Escrow processes and principles to manage sales contracts and maintain compliance effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-oriented role; background in sales for marketing services is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
