Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Center Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the center, managing the sales team, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve training and mentoring staff, implementing best practices to optimize performance, and ensuring smooth communication among all team members. Responsibilities further include evaluating team performance, maintaining high client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive center revenue through consultations, program enrollments, and client retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterlysales targets and business KPIs.
- Upsell and cross-sell wellness programs and products.
- Monitor conversion rates from consultations to program enrollments.
Center Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the wellness center.
- Ensure high standards ofclient experience and service quality.
- Maintain operational efficiency including scheduling, billing, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and compliance standards.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of nutritionists, sales executives, and support staff.
- Conduct daily team reviews and performance tracking.
- Provide coaching to improve consultation effectiveness and sales conversion.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and high client satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Business Development
- Build local partnerships and referral networks.
- Execute local marketing activities to increase center walk-ins and consultations.
- Support corporate tie-ups and community outreach initiatives.
