Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Centre Sales Manager to drive admissions, lead generation, and sales activities for the assigned centre. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to manage end-to-end admission processes while ensuring high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets for the centre
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations across nearby regions
  • Conduct productive house calls and lead conversion activities
  • Manage the complete admission process including documentation and batch formation
  • Organize and conduct career seminars in schools, colleges, and institutions
  • Oversee data management, MIS preparation, and team coordination
  • Handle student and parent queries through effective counselling
  • Drive business associate (BA) tie-ups and partnerships
  • Conduct regular STP (Sales/Training/Promotion) activities

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate (mandatory)
  • Experience: 6 12 years in sales

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and selling skills
  • Leadership mindset with team management capability
  • Highly motivated with a consistent track record of achieving targets
  • Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Background

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

  • Education / EdTech
  • Advertising / Media Sales
  • Banking / NBFC / Insurance
  • Pharma (A-category companies)

Reporting Structure

  • Reports To: Territory Sales Head / National Sales Head

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Open to both male and female candidates
