Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum Work Experience

Business Knowledge of Dairy Products/FMCG industry, Multinational Companies.

Detailed product knowledge of dairy industry.

Understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver or track training.

Advance MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Data analysis to gauge training effectiveness and sales performance improvements.

Excellent communication and presentation skillscapable of translating technical product knowledge into clear, actionable steps for diverse audiences.

Leadership and motivational abilities to mentor teams and encourage adoption of best practices.

Adaptability and problem-solvingable to adjust training methods and respond to changing market or regulatory environments.

Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and managing relationships with trainees and stakeholders.

Time management, organization, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
