About the Role
As a Sales Business Partner, youll be the trusted connector between HireWing and hiring teams in your network. Youll introduce HR leaders, recruiters, and decision-makers to the platform and earn competitive commissions for every client that comes onboard through your referrals.
This is a referral-based role with full flexibility; ideal for agency recruiters, HR consultants, or anyone with strong ties in the hiring ecosystem.
What Youll Do
Share HireWing with your HR and recruiting network
Show hiring teams how AI-driven matching and bias-free hiring can transform their process
Guide new users toward demo requests and onboarding
Provide valuable feedback to help refine our platform
Work independently and earn based on successful referrals

Preferred Background & Experience
Were especially looking for sales partners with:
SaaS / HRTech / Recruitment Tech sales background Experience selling ATS, HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, or SaaS tools to HR leaders, founders, or staffing firms.
Mid-market / SMB hunter profile Skilled at selling to small & mid-sized businesses, staffing agencies, recruitment consultants, and startups.
Experience at SaaS startups like Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Recooty, Zimyo, Razorpay (SMB sales teams).
Already sold successfully to HR Heads, TA teams, or Recruitment Agencies.
