Role Description

Voxela seeks a Sales Business Development professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover growth opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive strategic sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include representing Voxela during client meetings, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets.This is a high-ownership, high-impact role: you will be the face of Voxela to new clients, responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing projects across residential, commercial, and institutional segments in Hyderabad and beyond. You will work directly with the founding team and design leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy, price proposals, and build the partnerships that fuel Voxela's next chapter of growth.


Key Roles

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional segments
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and industry events
  • Represent Voxela at design expos, real estate fairs, architect meets, and developer networking events in Hyderabad
  • Collaborate with channel partners real estate agents, developers, architects, and builders to generate inbound referrals.
  • Lead end-to-end sales from initial client inquiry to signed contract conduct site visits, consultations, and needs assessments
  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations in collaboration with design and operations teams
  • Negotiate contract terms, project timelines, and pricing while maintaining healthy margin targets
  • Provide monthly insights to leadership on market conditions, client feedback, and product-market fit
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction that drives referrals and repeat business
  • Act as the bridge between clients and the design team translating client needs into clear design briefs
  • Proactively resolve client concerns during the pre-sales phase to prevent scope creep or misaligned expectations.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a Plus)
  • Relevant experience in business development or sales within the architectural or design sector is advantageous.
  • 48 years of B2C and/or B2B sales experience, preferably in architecture design, real estate, construction, or luxury services
  • Proven track record of closing high-value projects and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from cold outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract signing
  • Existing network in Hyderabad's real estate, developer, or design ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and partners
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and influence strategic decision-making
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
