Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Leader to drive revenue for Living Timeless. You will lead the client acquisition strategy for our modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture lines. You will bridge the gap between Client Expectations and Factory Reality, ensuring that what is sold is profitable, executable, and delivered flawlessly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Lead the sales team to hit monthly targets for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and loose furniture.
  • Consultative Sales: Manage high-value leads (B2C & B2B) from inquiry to closure. Conduct site visits and technical consultations to ensure client requirements match our modular capabilities.
  • Process Integrity: Work closely with the Design and Validation teams to ensure strict adherence to "Zero Error" orders. (You will be responsible for ensuring your sales team does not sell un-executable designs).
  • Channel Development: Build partnerships with architects, interior designers, and builders to create a recurring referral pipeline.
  • Team Leadership: Train sales consultants on product technicalities (finishes, hardware, ergonomics) so they act as advisors, not just order takers.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years in the Modular Furniture or Interior Design industry (Experience with brands like Godrej Interio, Livspace, HomeLane, or high-end bespoke studios is a plus).
  • Strong technical grasp of materials (plywood vs. MDF, laminates, acrylics) and hardware (Hettich, Hafele, Blum).
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (3L - 15L+ per order).
  • Ability to read floor plans and basic CAD drawings.
