Job Title: Sales Business Development Executive (BDE)


Location: Chennai / Bangalore


Experience: 38 Years


Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head


Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across our IT and Digital Workplace Services portfolio. The role requires a proactive sales professional with strong prospecting skills, consultative selling capability, and experience in enterprise IT services or managed services.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer IT and Digital Workplace requirements.

Schedule and coordinate client meetings with technical and presales teams.

Prepare proposals, commercial quotes, and follow up on closures.

Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement).

Track opportunities and sales activities in CRM.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Required Skills

Proven experience in IT services / Managed Services / Digital Workplace sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience handling enterprise or mid-market accounts.

Understanding of IT services pricing models (T&M, Fixed, Managed Services).

Ability to work with presales and delivery teams for solution alignment.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

New logo acquisition. Revenue target achievement. Pipeline generation & conversion ratio. Deal closure rate. Customer acquisition cost efficiency.


Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business / IT / Engineering. MBA (preferred but not mandatory). 38 years of relevant sales experience.
