Role Overview
We are hiring for Sales / Business Development as an Individual Contributor (IC) to drive new B2B client acquisition .
The primary focus will be on Recruitment & Staffing sales , with opportunities to cross-sell AI Data Services where relevant. This role carries clear monthly and quarterly targets and is suited for candidates comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end B2B sales as an Individual Contributor
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and closure targets
- Acquire new clients for Recruitment & Staffing (primary focus)
- Prospect HR Heads, TA Leaders, Founders, and Delivery Heads
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, outbound emails, referrals, and CRM
- Pitch services: Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, RPO
- Identify and close AI Data Services opportunities where applicable
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closures independently
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams post-closure
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up discipline
Required Experience & Skills
- 15 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong preference for candidates from:
- IT Staffing Companies
- Recruitment Consultancies
- HR / RPO firms
- Proven track record in target-driven sales roles
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of closures
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI / Tech / Data services sales
- Existing B2B HR / TA network
- Experience selling to enterprise or global clients
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell services
