Job Description

Department: Sales Commercial Real Estate
Role OverviewWe are looking for goal-driven sales professionals who can independently manage clients, close commercial property deals, and contribute to business growth. The role involves end-to-end salesfrom lead generation to deal closure.
- Source and acquire new business in the commercial real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, investors, HNIs, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close high-value transactions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and legal updates.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) for smooth deal execution.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of commercial property markets.
- Ability to handle high-value deals and work under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales.
- Able to handle clients independently and close mid-sized deals.
- Strong lead generation and networking ability.
- Ability to drive revenue targets and guide junior team members.
- Experience in closing large ticket-size transactions.
- Graduate or MBA (Marketing/Sales/Real Estate preferred).
