We are looking for adriven Sales Associate/Executivewho understands design, loves interacting with clients, and can convert inquiries into successful interior projects.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries)
- Conduct client consultations to understand design needs & budgets
- Pitch creative interior concepts & mood-based ideas
- Present solutions confidently in client meetings
- Convert design discussions into confirmed projects
- Coordinate closely with design & execution teams
- Build long-term client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Assist in market research & competition analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Requirements
- 14 years experience in Interior / Furniture / Real Estate Sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good understanding of design concepts
- Ability to build client trust & close deals
- Team player with proactive mindset
- Gujarati proficiency preferred
