Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
1-4 years of experience in non-ferrous metals sales (Zinc/Aluminium experience is a strong advantage).
Strong understanding of industrial sales and B2B customer handling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
Job Summary:
Reelotek Metals is seeking a highly skilled Zinc/Aluminium Sales Associate to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate has experience in non-ferrous metals sales, understands industrial customers, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales of Zinc/Aluminium products to industrial clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, meetings, and industry contacts
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing in line with market trends
Track metal prices, market movements, and competitor activity
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Preferred Experience:
Experience in metals trading, distribution, or commodity sales.
Knowledge of LME pricing, premiums, and market dynamics.
Existing customer network in manufacturing, die-casting, galvanizing, or construction sectors.
