About the Role
Avacasa ( is a fast-growing PropTech startup simplifying ownership of managed farmlands, vacation homes, and resort properties.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Associate to join the Founders Office. You will not just be "selling"; you will be the bridge between investors and their dream vacation homes. This is an opportunity to learn the real estate business from the ground up, working directly with the founding team.

Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with the Founder to drive on-ground sales, build deep relationships with buyers and local partners, and support Avacasas expansion in emerging markets.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role designed for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and actively run experiments to strengthen our sales pipeline.
If youre hungry to learn, comfortable on the ground, and excited about building a real business from the inside - this role is for you.
What Youll Do
  • Drive real estate sales through on-ground outreach, customer interactions, and property/site visits
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with leads, buyers, and local stakeholders
  • Own key parts of the sales pipeline - from qualified site visits to deal closure
  • Run experiments to improve lead conversion, customer trust, and operational efficiency
  • Work directly with the Founder on sales forecasting, customer insights, and market strategy
What Were Looking For
  • Strong communication skills (**Kannada & English preferred**)
  • High-ownership mindset - someone who thinks and acts like a mini-founder
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly
  • Comfort working on-ground (frequent travel required)
  • Prior experience in sales or real estate is a plus, but **not mandatory**
