Experience: 6 Months 3 years of Sales in the Real Estate sector in Gurgaon.

Preferred Sector's: Real Estate and BFSI

Compensation Details

Fixed Salary: 30k to 60k per month depending on the experience + High Performance Incentives

Role Description

Nurturing and managing Sales pipeline

Lead sourcing and customer prospecting

Mapping clients requirements (budget, location, purchase timeline) and providing them with tailored recommendations.

Managing leads, organizing site visits, negotiating & closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
• Prior experience in the high value luxury sales will be advantageous.
