- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers

- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the biotech or related industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous
