Sales Associate

Responsibilities

Reply to incoming RFQ's from existing and new customers with strict deadlines and convert enquiry to sale.

Provides support to sales team by resolving supplier invoice errors and discount related issues.

Provide support for established customers.

The Sales consultants will provide sales support to the assigned parts & sales regions.

Proposal creation and follow-up (where applicable).

Manages the return material process related to sales orders. This process includes vendor return material authorization requests, working directly with customers and verification of proper return and invoice credit.

Negotiate pricing and close deals. Multi-task.

Interface with accounts payable to ensure correct and timely payment of invoices

Achieve monthly sales targets and will be expected to reach or exceed those targets.

Prepare timely reports for Key Account Managers.

Qualifications

Preferably a university graduate.

0-1 year of experience in Sales division of any industry
