About the Role

Hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to lead and grow regional sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive performance of the regional sales team
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Handle key client relationships and corporate accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and service delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (hospitality preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Experience in team handling and performance management
• Target-driven, professional, and self-motivated

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: Up to 3.6 LPA
