Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Mumbai location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential property buyers and investors, conducting property tours, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our residential projects, and building strong client relationships. Additional tasks include managing customer inquiries, following up on leads, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in Mumbai
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
