Sales Associate (Interior Design Projects)

A design-led interior studio delivering premium residential and commercial interior projects is hiring a Sales Associate to support client engagement, lead handling, and sales coordination in Ahmedabad . The role involves working closely with design and leadership teams to manage enquiries, understand client requirements, and support the conversion of design leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client enquiries related to interior design services.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Formulate client proposals and estimates
• Support preparation and follow-up of presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with design teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Assist in converting qualified enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and coordination activities when required.
• Ensure timely communication and a consistent client experience throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 12 years of professional experience in sales, client servicing, or business development within the architecture, interior design, or design-led industry.
• Understanding of interior design services and project workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Comfort with documentation, proposals, and follow-up processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and internal teams.

Work Schedule

• Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9 am to 6 pm)
