Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate located in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product solutions. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
• Experience in identifying sales opportunities and meeting sales targets
• Maintaining customer relationships and preparing sales reports
• Understanding of the product and ability to work with marketing and product teams
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or sales industry is a plus
