Role Description
- Make inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Introduce the companys interior design and architectural services to prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements such as project type, space size, budget, and timeline.
- Qualify leads and identify serious prospects for the sales/design team.
- Schedule meetings, consultations, or site visits for the sales or design team.
- Maintain records of calls, client information, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads to move them forward in the sales pipeline.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the design or sales team.
- 13 years of experience in tele-calling, pre-sales or sales coordination; interest in interiors/architecture is a plus.
