A first-year student doesnt know where to live, who to trust, or how to choose.

You are the first voice that turns fear into comfort.

You help someone take a breath and say Okay this feels right.

What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)

You will:

• Speak with students & parents on calls / WhatsApp about accommodation
• Ask questions to understand what they really need (budget, college, move-in date)
• Suggest suitable Zolo properties based on their needs
• Follow up politely because decisions take time
• Help them complete the booking and confirm move-in details
• Update CRM so conversations and progress are visible to the team
• Share customer feedback that helps improve the experience
