A parent calls from another city nervous, unsure, scared to send their child away.
A first-year student doesnt know where to live, who to trust, or how to choose.
You are the first voice that turns fear into comfort.
You help someone take a breath and say Okay this feels right.
This is not just sales.
This is helping someone find their first home away from home.
What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)
You will:
- Speak with students & parents on calls / WhatsApp about accommodation
- Ask questions to understand what they really need (budget, college, move-in date)
- Suggest suitable Zolo properties based on their needs
- Follow up politely because decisions take time
- Help them complete the booking and confirm move-in details
- Update CRM so conversations and progress are visible to the team
- Share customer feedback that helps improve the experience
