We are looking for a driven Techno-Commercial Associate to develop and expand the market for iPRO CCTV and surveillance solutions from scratch in the Bangalore and Delhi region. This is a high-impact role combining technical expertise and business development to establish and grow the brand presence.


Role Description

  • Meet System Integrators, Corporates, Consultants, and Builders to promote iPRO CCTV and surveillance solutions.
  • Present and position iPRO surveillance portfolio based on client requirements and project specifications.
  • Conduct product presentations, arrange demonstrations, and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) at client locations.
  • Develop and expand the market for iPRO CCTV and surveillance solutions from scratch in the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with System Integrators, Channel Partners, Consultants, and End Customers.
  • Create strong brand awareness for iPRO through regular client visits, partner engagement, and technical discussions.
  • Drive enterprise and channel business for iPRO surveillance solutions.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, solution designs, and follow up to close business opportunities.


Who Are We Looking For?

  • Candidate with prior experience in CCTV and surveillance industry.
  • Experience working with brands such as Axis Communications, Hikvision, Dahua Technology, Bosch, or similar surveillance brands.
  • Techno-Commercial professional with a balance of technical knowledge and sales experience.
  • Experience in channel development, partner management, or enterprise sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of developing business independently.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and open to learning and growth.


Location- Bangalore and Delhi
