We are looking for a driven Techno-Commercial Associate to develop and expand the market for iPRO CCTV and surveillance solutions from scratch in the Bangalore and Delhi region. This is a high-impact role combining technical expertise and business development to establish and grow the brand presence.
Role Description
- Meet System Integrators, Corporates, Consultants, and Builders to promote iPRO CCTV and surveillance solutions.
- Present and position iPRO surveillance portfolio based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct product presentations, arrange demonstrations, and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) at client locations.
- Develop and expand the market for iPRO CCTV and surveillance solutions from scratch in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with System Integrators, Channel Partners, Consultants, and End Customers.
- Create strong brand awareness for iPRO through regular client visits, partner engagement, and technical discussions.
- Drive enterprise and channel business for iPRO surveillance solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, solution designs, and follow up to close business opportunities.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Candidate with prior experience in CCTV and surveillance industry.
- Experience working with brands such as Axis Communications, Hikvision, Dahua Technology, Bosch, or similar surveillance brands.
- Techno-Commercial professional with a balance of technical knowledge and sales experience.
- Experience in channel development, partner management, or enterprise sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of developing business independently.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and open to learning and growth.
