Sales Associate ANSYS (Full-Time | Pune)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Present products and prepare techno-commercial proposals
• Negotiate and close deals
• Track sales data, update CRM, and generate reports
• Support pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities including customer support and payment follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience:

• 35 years of experience in product sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
