This is doing the unglamorous work that moves the business forward replying to leads, following up, preparing pitches, keeping conversations alive, and making sure no opportunity slips through cracks.

what you will own
- respond to inbound interest and keep the pipeline warm.
- prepare clean, crisp emails and follow-ups for the BD lead to review + send.
- coordinate demos, meetings, schedules, and small-but-critical sales ops tasks.
- research prospects, understand their problems, and help craft the right narrative.
- join calls when needed, document next steps, and close loops.
- maintain CRM hygiene clarity, accuracy, and zero forgotten leads.
- step into tasks outside your JD when the business needs it. (were a startup; we all get our hands dirty.)
who you are
- 12 years of experience in sales/business development (startup experience is a plus).
- strong written communication you can write an email that gets a reply.
- high ownership if something is stuck, you unblock it.
- you move with urgency; you understand that timing wins deals.
- comfortable with chaos; you dont need a fixed script or detailed instructions.
- you want to learn the real fundamentals of building a business, not just do a job.
