This is a full-time on-site position for an Executive Sales Assistant located in Hyderabad. The Executive Sales Assistant will support the sales team by assisting with client communications, maintaining sales records, coordinating schedules, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. Additional responsibilities include customer service support and collaboration with various teams to achieve business objectives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively build relationships with clients and team members
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Sales experience, with skills in identifying client needs and supporting key sales-related activities
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle schedules, track sales tasks, and ensure smooth project execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
