Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Sales Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including supporting the sales team, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing sales records, ensuring order fulfillment, and contributing to customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to streamline sales processes and handle general administrative duties related to sales.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven capability in providing excellent Customer Service
• 2-3 Years Experience.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of Sales processes and ability to assist in achieving sales objectives
• Exceptional Organization Skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and relevant software
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a sales support or customer-facing role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
