Sales Assistant (English)

The Appointment Setter will qualify inbound leads, engage prospects via WhatsApp API and calls, and convert them into booked high-ticket 1:1 counselling sessions. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to confidently deal with HNI clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Should be proficient in Whatsapp API
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales strategies
• Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous
• Proficient with standard office software and tools
