Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for the role of Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role involves providing training to clients and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interaction and providing superior support.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve business targets.
- Capacity to conduct Training and upskill clients or team members as needed.
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills to foster long-lasting client partnerships.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the logistics or e-commerce sector is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
