Job Title: Sales Assistant & Operations Executive (Entry-Level)

Location: Noida, Phase II

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (On-site)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable executive to support senior team members in daily export sales and operational activities. The role requires strong numerical ability, comfort with documentation, and the willingness to learn and manage digital systems including our e-commerce and inventory platforms.

This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a structured factory-office environment and can maintain accuracy while working with frequent data and price updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing invoices, challans, packing lists, and other sales/export documents
• Assisting senior staff with day-to-day business and administrative tasks
• Maintaining sales, dispatch, and inventory records in Excel
• Updating product inventory on the companys e-commerce platform
• Revising product prices regularly in line with daily gold rate fluctuations
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate entries and timely processing
• Handling routine email communication and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
• Comfortable working with numbers and calculations
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new systems quickly
• Professional communication skills in Hindi and English
• Responsible, organised, and proactive approach to work

Compensation:

The salary for this role is in the range of 20,00025,000 per month, depending on experience, capability, and demonstrated skill level, with room to grow.
