Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer with strong experience in the HVAC industry. Candidates with prior exposure to Fans, Ventilation, Air Handling Units (AHUs) or those coming from a product-based HVAC company will be given preference. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to handle sales cycles end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new enquiries and identify business opportunities within the HVAC domain.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial sales proposals.
Drive sales closure and achieve assigned sales targets.
Interact and build strong relationships with HVAC contractors, consultants, and key clients.
Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate efficiently with clients and principal companies for smooth execution.
Manage order processing and documentation through CRM systems.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Proactive, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
