Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Application Engineer to drive business growth in the Odisha region. The role involves techno-commercial sales of hydraulic seals, oil seals, piston seals and related industrial sealing solutions, along with strong field application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets and expand market share.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across steel, cement, power and heavy industries.
• Conduct site visits, cylinder mapping and application study.
• Recommend suitable sealing solutions based on pressure, temperature, motion and housing dimensions.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and negotiate orders.
• Manage ARC (Annual Rate Contracts) and key industrial accounts.
• Coordinate with HO/manufacturing for order execution and delivery follow-up.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 47 years experience in hydraulic seals / industrial sealing / hydraulic cylinder applications
• Experience in field sales with strong technical application knowledge

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic seal profiles (Piston, Rod, Wiper, Oil Seal etc.)
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Good troubleshooting and failure analysis skills
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Target-driven and self-motivated

CTC Range

5.5 7 LPA (Based on experience & industry exposure)
