Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand their technical and business needs and provide technical solutions that align with their requirements. Core responsibilities include offering technical support, assisting with pre-sales and post-sales activities, and working closely with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals. The individual will also establish strong relationships with clients and ensure exemplary service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering and providing technical solutions
- Strong skills in Sales and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to build client relationships and convey complex technical information effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- A Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Engineering, mechanical/ Electrical or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the industrial or Comercial/ domestic sector is a plus
