About the Role
We are building something that has never been done before, and we need a high-energy Sales & Service Specialist to help us grow. You will be the face of KaaryaConnect, responsible for finding, meeting, and onboarding service providers across Hyderabad.
This isn't just a desk jobits an opportunity to be on the ground, build trust with providers, and shape the future of our platform.
What You Will Do
- Provider Onboarding: Find and recruit service providers across various categories. This includes outbound calls and traveling within Hyderabad to meet them in person.
- End-to-End Support: Walk providers through the app, help them set up profiles (pricing, availability, documents), and ensure they are ready to work.
- Strategic Growth: Help create marketing content, refine our sales scripts, and provide direct feedback to our engineers to improve the app.
- Relationship Management: Manage your lead pipeline via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM to ensure no provider is left behind.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and suggest creative ways to make it faster and easier.
- Multilingual: You can communicate clearly and persuasively in Telugu, Hindi, and English.ki
- People Person: You have the patience to explain new technology to people and the "hustle" to close a deal.
- Mobile: You own a vehicle (or are comfortable traveling) to meet providers across Hyderabad.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp for business, and mobile apps.
