RoadMetrics provides an AI system for automated road condition assessments and asset mapping using low-cost video data collection methods.

We enable local authorities to efficiently manage their highway assets and build road maintenance capital works programmes and streamline reactive maintenance.

This is not a typical sales role.

This is a chance to build a category defining product.

What Youll Own

• Lead enterprise AI business development and sales from into global markets
• Own and drive enterprise outbound and inbound leads in the public sector
• Own and close large, complex enterprise contracts
• Build and execute global GTM playbooks for AI training and evaluation services
• Own pipeline across the UK, Australia & NZ regions
• Educate local authorities on the use of new technologies for automated road defect and asset capture
• Act as the voice of the customer for product and founder teams
• Co-own pricing, commercial strategy and operations

What Makes You a Fit

• 35 years in DeepTech SaaS enterprise sales
• Proven success closing large enterprise deals
• Experience selling to key stakeholders, technical teams (ICT) and procurement teams
• Ability to sell globally from India across time zones
• Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
