Sales and Operations Manager

Sports Paddock is a Sports Management company that has a decade of experience in the development of sports across India.

We are a tech based company that also run sports league and tournaments, operate sports facilities and consult with state and national level sports associations and federations.

The Sales and Operations role is based out of Bangalore and will primarily deal with the sales and operations of our events and facilities. The job requires the candidate to be able to work in a fast paced environment that is dynamic and challenging.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate revenue through sales calls.
2. Be part of the operation team during events.
3. On ground marketing and research.

Skills:

1. Good communication skills.
2. Hard working.
3. Knowledge about sports and the sports industry .

Other Points to be noted:

1. Has to be passionate about sports
2. Willing to work on the weekends.
3. Experience in the sports industry is a bonus

We have positions across three levels available:

1. Intern (Duration: 3-4 Months, pay 6, /month)
2. Fresher (20,000-25,000/month + Incentives)
3. Mid-Level Manager (40,000/month + Incentives)
