Hi DMC India is the B2B Destination Management Company division of the Hi Group, focused on delivering exceptional travel solutions and curated holiday experiences for travel partners and tour operators across global markets.

The Outbound Division at Hi DMC specializes in designing and managing international travel programs for B2B partners, including FIT travel, group movements, and destination-based travel experiences. With strong supplier partnerships and deep destination knowledge, Hi DMC provides competitive travel products, seamless operational execution, and reliable service to travel agents and tour operators worldwide.


Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive Outbound who will support the outbound travel business by managing partner inquiries, preparing itineraries and quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth operational execution of travel bookings.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage B2B travel partner inquiries through email, phone, and online platforms, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Prepare customized travel itineraries and costings based on client requirements and destination themes.
  • Create and share competitive quotations and proposals while maintaining optimal margins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with suppliers including hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Handle end-to-end booking management, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and ground arrangements.
  • Monitor active tours and resolve operational issues or client concerns in real time.
  • Prepare and manage travel documentation such as vouchers, confirmations, and itineraries.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through partner channels.
  • Stay updated on competitor pricing and travel market trends to maintain competitive offerings.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships and conversion rates by turning inquiries into confirmed bookings.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 26 years of experience in outbound travel sales, operations, or destination management within the B2B travel segment.
  • Strong knowledge of international destinations such as Europe, Dubai, Thailand, Bali and other outbound markets.
  • Experience working with travel agents, DMCs, and international suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and travel booking and platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
