Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Operations Internship at AUCUR, based in Bengaluru, for a 2-month duration starting from 1st January.


The intern will support field sales and operational activities, engage directly with clients, assist in onboarding and training customers, and help ensure a high standard of customer service. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, analyzing sales data, streamlining operational processes, and contributing to sales strategy execution. This internship offers hands-on exposure to startup sales, operations, and fintech workflows.


What We Offer


Monthly Stipend: 15,000 17,000


Field Sales Expense Reimbursement: All approved travel and sales-related expenses will be fully reimbursed


Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Opportunity to convert to a full-time role with a CTC of 79 LPA based on performance


Higher Learning Internship: Structured learning with mentorship, real-world exposure, and skill development in sales, operations, and fintech


Qualifications


Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients


Interest or experience in sales, field sales, and sales management


Willingness to participate in on-ground sales activities


Interest in training and onboarding customers or partners


Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment


Familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus
