Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Executive to manage travel sales, customer relationships, and operational coordination for domestic and international travel packages.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the travel industry, destination planning, vendor coordination, and customer handling.


Qualifications

Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Promote domestic and international travel packages to clients.

Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Prepare customized itineraries and travel proposals.

Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.

Manage booking confirmations and travel documentation.

Handle ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel logistics.

Ensure smooth execution of travel packages.

Resolve customer issues during travel if required.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Knowledge of domestic and international destinations
  • Experience in travel itinerary planning

  • Customer relationship management


Experience Required

Minimum 5 Years of Experience in the travel industry.
