Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist who can generate high-quality leads, conduct client meetings, and close premium service retainers.

This role requires both strategic thinking and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for driving new business growth and building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify and build a database of target brands (clinics, restaurants, real estate, founder brands, etc.)
  • Conduct cold calling and structured outreach
  • Connect with decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Qualify leads based on budget, need, and fit

Client Meetings & Pitching

  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
  • Present Sarthi Studios portfolio and service offerings
  • Position premium retainers and long-term collaboration packages

Closing & Follow-ups

  • Prepare and share proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients
  • Build long-term relationships

Marketing Support

  • Assist in outreach campaigns
  • Support in positioning and brand messaging
  • Provide market insights and competitor research

Requirements

  • 13 years experience in sales, business development, or agency marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident in speaking with founders and decision-makers
  • Basic understanding of branding, social media, and digital marketing
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Compensation Structure
  • Fixed salary: 15,00030,000
  • Performance-based commission on closed deals
