Youll be working directly on scaling a fast-evolving experiential travel platform built for intentional travellers.

This isnt about pushing travel packages.

Its about helping people choose experiences theyll actually remember.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies

Manage inbound leads and convert high-intent travellers

Identify new business and partnership opportunities

Build strong relationships with customers and community

Support campaign launches, trip drops & growth initiatives

Analyze market trends and traveller behaviour

Coordinate with internal team members when required

Achieve and surpass growth and sales targets

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication & customer engagement skills

Experience in sales, marketing, product, or business development

Ability to understand traveller psychology (not just transactional selling)

Analytical mindset for growth and market insights

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Familiarity with CRM tools & digital marketing funnels is a plus

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
