This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Kochi with the flexibility of occasional work from home. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, delivering training sessions, and supporting sales initiatives. The role requires collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve business objectives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed sales targets effectively.
• Experience in delivering Training sessions and coaching for enhanced team performance.
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply strategic insights to drive growth and innovation.
• Self-motivation, teamwork collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
